The Suicide Squad is a 2021 superhero film based on the superhero team of the same name in DC Comics. It acts as a soft reboot to "Suicide Squad". A spin off series focused on the Peacemaker is set in motion and will be created on HBO Max. It will be released on August 6, 2021 in theatres and HBO Max.
